Parties with friends
Fewer messages. More parties.
AmidAmi keeps a party on a single card: who’s coming, who brings what, who’s driving, what it costs. You answer with one swipe — and the next day, the recap is there.
No ads, no analytics, no trackers. Ever.
One party, from the first message to the last memory.
The invitation
One card, one swipe
Your invitations arrive as cards, one at a time. You swipe: I’m in, maybe, can’t make it. Three answers, nothing to justify — and nothing nagging you if you take the day to think it over.
The party page
It answers before anyone asks
Who’s bringing the ice, who has room in the car, where you’re meeting, what it comes to each. Everyone helps themselves: nobody has to sum it all up by hand any more.
The kitty only keeps track of who paid what. No payment goes through AmidAmi — the money moves between you, just like before.
The chat
The photo that doesn’t stick around
One chat per party, one per friend. Send a view-once photo: it opens once, you hold to see it, then it’s gone. A voice note when it’s quicker to say than to type.
The recap
The next day, something’s left of it
Everyone’s photos in one place, what the night cost, who was there. Plus trophies you flip over one by one: the Driver, the Quartermaster, the biggest Cheapskate.
Nobody has to beg for photos in the group chat: they’re already there, and everyone decides which of theirs can be shared.
Memories
Your year, party by party
A feed that walks back through the months, with the photos and recaps where they landed. And when the year ends, a look back to watch — then to keep.
Nothing to tidy up: it’s already tidy.
The link
And for those without the app
A link is enough. They see the party, answer, chat and add their photos from the browser, with nothing to install.
Their answer is a request, and it’s the host who lets them in. Nobody gets into a party without someone deciding so: not the link, and not us.
Straight up
What AmidAmi doesn’t do
-
No ads, no trackers
Nothing measures how you use it, and nothing is sold on. Firebase is only there to deliver notifications.
-
Nothing public by default
A party is private: only the people the host invites can see it. Nothing is open to the web, nothing is indexed by search engines.
-
No payments
The kitty is a tally of who paid what. No commission, no card details, no money passing through.
-
Nothing to keep you hooked
No streak to protect, no notification invented to bring you back. A party isn’t a habit to maintain.
-
Leaving means leaving
Settings → Delete my account. Immediate, final, no form and no imposed cooling-off period. How to do it.
-
16 and over
AmidAmi is not meant for under-16s. The terms say so, and it is a condition of access.
