Go to the Calendar hub and tap the “+” button at the bottom right. Fill in the title, the date and the place.

You choose your guests at the “Invites” step when you create it — that is the only moment for it, we cannot add anyone afterwards yet. The other option: make your party “Public”, and it then shows up in the “Discover” tab on the home screen, where anyone can answer “I’m in”. You can see the answers on its page.

A group holds the friends you get together with often. When you create a party, tick a group to invite all its members at once — you can tick several, and untick whoever you like right after.

By default your name, your username, your city and your photo are visible to other members; your contact details and your social accounts are visible to your friends only. Turn on “Private account” in Settings → Privacy to keep your full profile for your friends. Nothing is visible from the web, and nothing is indexed by search engines.

No. Send the party link: the person opens it in their browser, sees the party, answers, chats and adds their photos, without installing anything. Their answer is a request that you approve yourself — nobody joins a party unless the host has decided so.

Open it: the page shows up in your browser, with nothing to install. You see the party, and you can answer, chat and add your photos. Your answer is a request: the host lets you in, and you get an email at that point if you left your address.

If you have changed browser or cleared your browsing data, the page no longer recognises you. On the party page, ask to “find my answer”: a code is sent to the address you had given.

It counts, it does not pay. Everyone notes what they put in, the app adds it up and shows who paid what. No amount goes through AmidAmi, no bank card is ever handed to it, and no commission is taken.

In the party page, the rides section: whoever takes their car offers seats, says whether they are doing the way there, the way back or both, and the others sign up. It is friends getting organised, not a transport service — AmidAmi takes no part in any journey.

It opens a single time: you hold your finger down to see it, and it then disappears from the chat. The file is erased from the server 30 days after it was sent, whether it was opened or not.

Check Settings → Notifications in the app first, then AmidAmi’s permission in your phone settings. If both are right and nothing arrives, write to us and tell us your phone model.

Report: the menu on a message or a photo, or the person’s profile. Block: their profile — you stop seeing each other, both ways, immediately. For clearly illegal content, also write to us at support@amidami.app: we act without delay.

Settings → Delete my account, at the bottom of the screen. Everything is erased immediately and for good: parties you hosted, photos, messages, groups and trophies. There is no going back. The details, and what to do if you no longer have the app, are on the Delete my account page.

Nothing. AmidAmi is free: no subscription, no in-app purchase, no advertising, no paid tier unlocking a feature. The kitty only counts who paid for what: no money goes through AmidAmi and no commission is taken.
